Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding.

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee engagement and culture metrics, providing reports and recommendations.
- Support employee retention strategies and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, including PAYE, Pension, NSITF, ITF, and Group Life.
