As the HR Director (Plant & Factory), you will lead HR operations across the plant and factory while supporting the Owner on workforce strategy, employee relations, and key people decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Owner on workforce planning, organizational structure, manpower requirements, succession planning, and critical people-related decisions.
- Lead HR operations across the plant and factory, covering recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, performance management, compensation, training, engagement, and workforce development.
- Manage industrial and employee relations, including labour relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, workforce engagement, and employee welfare.
