Your future role
Alstom is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator/Advisor for a permanent, standalone role supporting the Perth BHP and High Capacity Signalling (HCS) projects. Your time will be split between our two Perth offices (St Georges Terrace & Stirling Street), working across both project teams. Reporting to the HR Business Partner for DIS, you will support key stakeholders, leaders and people managers across the ANZ business, delivering proactive, hands-on HR support tailored to their day-to-day needs.
A key focus of the role is giving leaders and managers practical, on-the-ground support to navigate people management, corporate governance, and respectful workplace practices, while helping to maintain a positive and engaged workplace culture.
