Job title: HR Business Partner
The Job You Will Perform Provide support to one or more corrugated manufacturing plants and/or warehouse facilities. Regular travel to all facilities required. Work collaboratively with Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management to provide superior human resources services to our employees and the facility. Support a broad range of human resource activities including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, employee relations, employee benefits, compliance training, leadership development. Hands on position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization.
