Responsibilities
- Advise and act as a sparring partner for managers on operational and strategic HR topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Independently manage and execute the entire recruitment process
- Develop and implement targeted HR measures based on the strategic and operational objectives of the respective business areas
