Vi söker en HRBP som kommer att stötta ett av våra affärsområden, både strategiskt och operativt, med fokus på verksamhetens resultat. Affärsområdet har verksamhet på flera orter och därmed förekommer resor i tjänsten. Hos oss är HR-avdelningen uppdelad i 5 team; HRBP, Talent Acquisition and Management, Salary - Compensation & Benefits, HSE samt Kompetenscenter. Du kommer att ingå i HRBP-teamet som består av HRBP-chef, två HRBP-kollegor och en HR-administratör, som utgår från Stockholm och Örebro. Tillsammans driver och utvecklar ni centrala HR-frågor men arbetar självständigt i era olika affärsområden.
