Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and commercially oriented HR Business Partner to support the Commercial function across Nigeria. The successful candidate will partner with Commercial leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen sales team performance, and support talent and capability development.
- The ideal candidate should have strong HR business partnering experience within a commercial/sales environment, particularly experience supporting or managing a distributed sales workforce. Experience managing a sales trainee programme will be an added advantage.
