Job Summary

• The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and coordination of the hotel's housekeeping operations.
• The role ensures that guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and other hotel facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, comfort, and safety.
• The Housekeeping Manager will lead and supervise housekeeping staff, monitor daily cleaning activities, manage supplies and equipment, inspect rooms and facilities, handle guest requests and complaints, and work closely with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
