Job Summary
Residency Hotel is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and results-oriented Hotel General Manager to lead the overall operations of the hotel and drive sustainable business growth. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth, cost efficiency, exceptional guest experience, employee performance, and compliance with established hotel standards. He/She must be capable of leading teams, increasing occupancy and revenue, maintaining service standards, and building strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
