Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Home Appliances (HA) Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain home appliances at service centers and customer locations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and high-quality repairs, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to company and manufacturer standards while achieving service performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, dishwashers, water dispensers, and other household appliances.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve appliance performance and extend product lifespan.
