Home and Community Based Services Case Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily client case scheduling, ensuring appropriate caregiver coverage and ongoing communication with clients and families
- Manage staffing operations, including anticipating workforce needs, supporting hiring and orientation, and participating in on call rotation
- Oversee payroll, billing, and data accuracy by coordinating, entering, and auditing weekly payroll/billing and maintaining client and employee records
- Conduct and support client consultations, on site home and supervisory visits, and monitor customer satisfaction, escalating issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state and funded program requirements, pay rate guidelines, overtime approvals, and incident reporting
