- 비즈니스 기회 발굴: 신규 테넌트 유치, 영업 네트워킹 및 맞춤형 임대 제안서 작성
- 계약 체결 및 자문: 임대 조건 협상 및 임대차 계약서 수립 및 검토 지원
- 시장 분석 및 컨설팅: 리테일 임대료 수준, 상권 비교, 임차인 동향 등 시장 데이터 분석 및 고객 맞춤형 리포트 작성
자격 요건
- 부동산 관련 실무 경력 3년 ~ 10년
- 리테일 부동산 시장에 대한 높은 이해도 및 트렌드 감각 보유자
