What You Will Do: Proactively assist in delivery and management of engagement activities led by Guidehouse Engagement Leadership Work independently, with minimal supervision, and partner with others to develop relationships across the engagement team Lead one or more tasks/work streams within a client engagement, overseeing individual contributions as well as the work of other engagement staff Guide client and internal subject matter expert conversations towards effective outcomes Identify and mitigate project risks around scope, schedule, and quality, effectively escalating to engagement leadership Develop strategies to solve complex clinical, technical, and operational challenges for our healthcare clients Actively support business development activities to help identify, research, and pursue opportunities for new or existing clients
