Head of Mines Location: Mtwara Plant, Tanzania
Role Summary
Senior technical and operational leader responsible for all quarry and mining activities, safe/efficient extraction of mix grade/high grade limestone and top red soil/clay, overburden removal, in-house drilling/blasting, HEMM fleet management, crusher feed quality, regulatory compliance, and long-term mine planning to ensure uninterrupted raw material supply to the plant.
