About the Role
We are building a dedicated Metering function and are looking for an experienced leader to build and own it. As Head of Metering, you’ll own Venco’s metering strategy, revenue and margin, procurement, deployment, connectivity, field operations, regulatory compliance, and technical standards across Nigeria and Kenya.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute the metering strategy
- Own revenue, pricing, procurement costs, and margins
- Lead meter/IoT procurement, inventory, and asset management
- Build and manage installer and technician networks
- Set installation, commissioning, quality, and safety standards
- Lead metering faults, connectivity, and field operations
- Drive technology and platform integrations
- Ensure NEMSA, NERC, and applicable Kenyan regulatory compliance
