Role Summary: The Head of Finance is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and executive oversight of all financial operations. The role drives financial performance, capital efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term value creation in a fast-growing fintech environment. The position plays a critical role in shaping the Company’s financial strategy, ensuring strong financial governance, optimizing unit economics, and supporting business scalability across payments, credit, and partner ecosystems. The Head of Finance will oversee financial planning, treasury, reporting, tax, audit, and compliance functions while serving as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on financial and commercial matters. The role also ensures alignment between financial strategy.
