Our client, an AI-driven infrastructure company, are hiring a hands-on Head of Engineering to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company’s technical vision and architecture, helping the organization to build reliable, production-grade AI infrastructure designed to scale across increasingly complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the long-term technical strategy, architecture and engineering roadmap for the company’s AI-native platform.
- Build, develop and lead a high-performing engineering team as the business scales.
- Establish engineering standards and development practices that promote quality, accountability and ownership.
- Lead the development of document processing, contract analysis, invoice verification and autonomous AI agent capabilities.
