The primary focus of this role is the minimization of Loss Given Default (LGD) within both the business and consumer lending divisions. The incumbent will oversee, develop, and implement comprehensive and versatile debt collection strategies designed to manage a diverse portfolio of credit products, ranging from digital-first retail lending to large-ticket corporate financing. Responsibilities include designing the organizational structure of the debt collection unit and recruiting high-caliber talent.
