- Editorial Leadership: Review and meticulously edit daily AI, Tech, and Robotics newsletters. Provide direct coaching to writers on structure, angles, and brand voice consistency.
- Content Strategy: Ensure editorial consistency across all formats, including social posts, guides, newsletters, sponsored takeovers, and new show formats.
- Brand Management: Maintain, evolve, and enforce comprehensive editorial and brand voice guidelines.
- Scaling Operations: Design and build the editorial organizational structure as we diversify into shows, podcasts, and new content formats.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and hire top-tier editorial talent, including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
