About this role
Section: Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Operations team and provide strategic HR support to management and business units.
- Oversee HR policies, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee welfare, and HR administration.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and statutory remittances, including Pension, NHF, NSITF, and ITF.
- Drive effective employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to exit.
- Partner with the Talent & Performance Management team on performance management, KPIs, job descriptions, and employee development.
- Ensure HR compliance, accurate employee records, and effective HR systems and processes.
