Job Summary
We seek the services of an experienced professional to work with us as Head, Risk Management.
The Head, Risk Management will provide strategic leadership for the Bank's risk management function, ensuring the effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of credit, operational, liquidity, market, compliance, and other emerging risks. The successful candidate will support Management in maintaining a strong risk culture while enabling sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Bank's risk management strategy, policies, and framework.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial and non-financial risks across the Bank.
- Oversee credit, operational, liquidity, market, and strategic risk management activities.
