About this role
Job Description We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our main kitchen and play a key role within our broader culinary operation.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll oversee the day-to-day kitchen operation, lead and develop your team and ensure consistently high standards across food quality, presentation and service.
While the main kitchen will be your primary focus, you’ll have the opportunity to work across the resort’s wider culinary operation, supporting events, banquets and other Food & Beverage experiences when required.

- Lead the main kitchen operation across preparation, production and service
- Oversee food quality, presentation and consistency across all services
- Lead, coach and develop the culinary team and foster a positive kitchen culture
