Lead the Kitchen: Take charge of daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and organized food production and service.

Inspire the Culinary Gang: Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the team while creating a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen culture.

Serve Up Excellence: Ensure every dish meets Mama’s standards for quality, taste, freshness, portioning, timing, and presentation.

Be the Quality Guardian: Conduct regular quality checks and take action when something isn’t quite up to Mama’s standards.
