Job Description We are seeking an experienced Hatchery & Nursery Manager to oversee fish breeding, egg incubation, pre-nursery rearing, packing, and dispatch operations. The role will ensure consistent production of healthy, high-quality fish seed while maintaining strong biosecurity, production standards, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hatchery and nursery operations and production schedules.
- Coordinate broodstock selection, spawning, egg incubation, and hatching.
- Oversee larval and fry rearing, feeding, grading, stocking, and water management.
- Monitor fish health, survival, growth, hatchability, and seed quality.
- Ensure effective biosecurity, hygiene, safety, and batch traceability.
