- Ensures every guest enjoys a comfortable, pleasant, and memorable stay by acting as the main point of contact for personalized service and problem resolution.
- Greet arrivals: Warmly welcome guests in the lobby, especially VIPs, repeat visitors, and long-stay guests.
- Escort to rooms: Guide guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and room features.
- Prepare collateral: Assemble welcome folders with maps, local attraction guides, and room service menus.
- Provide information: Share details about hotel amenities, dining options, and local events.
- Handle special requests: Coordinate bookings for transport, restaurants, tours, or special celebrations like birthdays.
