About this role
Job Description
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures when required.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, room categories, promotions, and local attractions.
- Assist VIP guests and ensure special requests are fulfilled.
- Monitor guest feedback and encourage positive guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update guest preferences in the hotel management system.
- Ensure the lobby and guest areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
