Role Summary
Build rider demand for ProTaxi and develop partnerships that generate consistent trip volume and repeat usage.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Abuja launch and customer acquisition plan.

Manage digital acquisition campaigns and channel performance.

Drive rider sign-ups, first rides and repeat usage.

Build partnerships with hotels, businesses, embassies, travel operators and corporate organisations.

Develop corporate transportation accounts.

Coordinate launch campaigns, activations and referral programmes.

Track customer acquisition cost, first-ride conversion and repeat rate.

Gather market and customer feedback and work with operations/product teams to improve adoption.
