About the Role Xylem is seeking recent graduates to join its 18-month Graduate Sales Engineer Programme in the UK. The programme includes rotations across Sales, Product Management, Technical and Operational teams to develop a well-rounded technical sales professional capable of driving growth and supporting customer needs.
What You'll Do
- Provide Sales Support to the internal/external sales team, assisting with lead generation, customer inquiries and order processing, and collaborating with sales representatives and account managers.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Xylem's offerings, including features, benefits and competitive advantages, to communicate effectively with customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service, interacting with customers in person and over the phone with professionalism, empathy and problem-solving.
