In dieser globalen Programmrolle gestalten und steuern Sie die Weiterentwicklung von Real Estate (RE) Prozessen, Standards, Systemen und digitalen Lösungen. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf dem Rollout von ServiceNow Real Estate, der Harmonisierung globaler RE-Prozesse sowie der Befähigung regionaler und lokaler Anwender durch Playbooks, Schulungen, Workshops und Change-Management. Die Rolle ist als Projekt-/Programmmanagerfunktion ohne disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung ausgerichtet. Im Vordergrund stehen globale Prozess- und Standardisierungskompetenz, digitale Transformation, Stakeholder Alignment, Governance und Umsetzungsstärke innerhalb der globalen Real Estate Organisation.
