The Global People Solutions Analyst – Severance Operations supports Visa’s People Shared Services organization by managing end-to-end severance operations with accuracy, confidentiality, and care. This role partners closely with employees, managers, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Employee Relations, People Business Partners, and other People Team stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant, and timely severance support. The Analyst will help ensure a seamless employee experience while contributing to operational excellence, process consistency, and continuous improvement.

Essential Functions:

• Administer, monitor, and track severance cases from intake through closure, ensuring timely execution and alignment with applicable company policies and country-specific requirements.
