What You'll Do
- Coordinate legal entity formations / dissolutions
- Draft and coordinate execution of various board/shareholders resolutions related to routine matters/requests – director/officer changes, registered agent changes and maintenance, registered address changes, appointment of bank signatories, etc. and completing any subsequent necessary filings.
