Key Responsibilities
- Supervisión de Gerentes de Sucursal para dar seguimiento sobre los resultados semanales y toma de acciones.
- Implementar estrategias para el crecimiento de indicadores (cartera, clientes nuevos, impacto social)
- Liderazgo y gestión de personal.
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de KPI´s de la región asignada.
- Entrega de resultados a nivel Región.
- Trabajar en conjunto con el área de cobranza para mejorar la calidad de cartera al día arriba del 95%.
