Propósito Planificar y coordinar el funcionamiento general del hotel y de las distintas áreas que lo componen, de acuerdo a las políticas de la compañía, con el objetivo de alcanzar la excelencia en el nivel de servicio y la rentabilidad buscada.
Principales funciones y responsabilidades Liderar y coordinar todos los sectores operativos del hotel para lograr un desempeño eficiente, con el objetivo de brindar el mejor servicio al cliente y alcanzar la rentabilidad requerida del negocio. Liderar e inspirar a los miembros del Comité Ejecutivo y el resto del personal del hotel a través de acciones específicas de gestión, capacitación, y reconocimiento del personal.
