Administrar, analizar y garantizar el logro de los resultados de la Tienda a través de la coordinación y desarrollo adecuado de su equipo de trabajo asegurando la satisfacción del cliente, logro de ventas y captación de nuevos clientes; así como la administración adecuada de los recursos (materiales, capital humano, financieros) de la Unidad de Negocio.
