¿Qué harás en esta posición?
- Diseñar estrategias comerciales para acelerar la venta y remate de inmuebles y activos adjudicados.
- Liderar negociaciones inmobiliarias complejas desde la prospección hasta el cierre notarial.
- Expandir canales de venta mediante subastas, plataformas digitales, alianzas con brokers y ventas institucionales.
- Gestionar el portafolio de activos, coordinando valuaciones, inventarios y planes de liquidación.
- Supervisar la conservación y resguardo de bienes clave como flotillas y seguros.
