Hyde Hotel Dubai – General Technician (HVAC)
Job Description
- Report to the Duty Engineer / Engineering Supervisor on shift activities, outstanding issues, work orders, equipment status and incidents.
- Take ownership of HVAC maintenance during the assigned shift, including troubleshooting, corrective repairs, inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly to guest room, public area, back-of-house and engineering HVAC requests and restore systems to safe and comfortable operating conditions with minimum disruption to hotel operations.
- Carry out fault finding and troubleshooting of FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, ventilation fans, exhaust fans, chilled-water systems, pumps, valves, strainers, filters, thermostats, actuators and associated HVAC equipment.
