WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Build a team of music lovers who create a safe environment for guests to enjoy some of the world’s best artists and events
- Create and maintain relationships with neighbors, city officials, and community leaders
- Establish and maintain high standards of service for guests, staff, artists, and vendors
- Combine company’s best practices and local creativity to identify and maximize revenue drivers while optimizing the guest and artist experience
- Work closely with the Portland talent team and national promoters to deliver best in class experiences to artists and crews while maintaining a local identity.
