• A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or its equivalent from a recognized and accredited university with at least Twelve (12) years relevant cumulative work experience, Five (5) of which must have served at the Senior Management level at a reputable Hotel rated as Three (3) Stars and above;
• A Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or related area from a recognized Institution will give an added advantage;
• A solid understanding of financial management principles;
