Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and operation of a high-volume, fine-dining steakhouse in South Florida.
This is an opportunity for a proven restaurant operator who has personally opened a restaurant from the ground up and knows how to build a team, establish systems, and create an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the pre-opening and launch
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop the FOH team
- Establish operating procedures, service standards, and systems
- Oversee daily FOH operations and guest experience
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef
- Manage labor, payroll, inventory, purchasing, vendors, and P&L
