Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 3+ years’ experience as a true fine dining restaurant General Manager preferably in diverse restaurant operations
- Greet guests, process checks, investigate and resolve guest complaints
- Interact with guests in a genuine and friendly manner to establish a personal, professional rapport
- Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
