The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, with a strong focus on revenue generation, client acquisition, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate organizations, developers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the Business Development and Marketing teams to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and customer retention.
