Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a General Maintenance Worker (GMW) at Eglin Air Force Base, FL. The GMW will assist in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment in Central Utility Plant and base buildings. The technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds. Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and roofing, HVAC, and other skills as needed to solve maintenance problems. This position is covered by the Service Contract Act (SCA).
