Role Overview:
Could you be our next General Accounting Specialist? Globe Life is looking for a General Accounting Specialist to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily deposit operations, account reconciliations, Workday ERP system data entry, and general ledger support activities across multiple companies while ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
This is an on-site position located in McKinney, Texas.
What You Will Do: Prepare, balance, and process deposits for various companies using remote deposit online service platforms. Oversee refund deposits and ensure accurate processing. Enter all deposits and adjustments into the ERP system with precision and timeliness. Key miscellaneous payments directly into Workday, ensuring proper coding, documentation, and data accuracy prior to submission.
