Profilbeschreibung & Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden im Verkaufsgebiet Ost für das gesamte Epiroc MR Produktangebot mit den dazugehörigen Serviceleistungen und Ersatzteilen
- Ausbau der Marktpräsenz für das MR Produktangebot
- Enge Kommunikation mit dem zuständigen Serviceleiter
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger partnerschaftlicher Kundenbeziehungen, Gewinnung von Neukunden
- Eigenverantwortliches Gebietsmanagement, Marktbeobachtung, Wettbewerbsanalyse und Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer Wettbewerbsdatenbank
- Entwicklung, Betreuung und Leitung von Händlern für RDD im Vertriebsgebiet
- Kommerzielle & technische Ausarbeitung von Angeboten und Verhandlungsführung
- Vorstellung von Produktneuheiten, Messebetreuung
- Pflegen und Ausbauen von Kontakten mit Verbänden zur Stärkung unserer Marktpräsenz
