About The Role
- The Gateway Acquiring Officer will ensure the successful operation of the organization’s Payments solutions and supporting products. The organization’s Payments solutions are driven by a combination of physical payment devices in store, E-Commerce integrations, and our processing platform.
- The incumbent is primarily responsible for bridging the gap between Technology and business through collaboration with different stakeholders. They are responsible for the successful introduction of new features and enhancements to the System, efficient operation of the System and providing support to merchants (E-commerce & POS). They must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills across a variety of business processes within the Organization.
