Position Summary
This position supports SEHA by understanding and analyzing the facilities services needs of the business and employees. They will facilitate communications with internal and external stakeholders, develop processes to enhance day to day operations, and strive to achieve optimal facility efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities
- Contract negotiation, sourcing for new vendors, and budget control of service agreements for - Janitorial, recycling, cafeteria services, landscaping, etc.
- Internal and external events and communications to support SEHA management activities.
- Manage and lead the team on projects and innovation such as Zero waste to landfill with the help of in-house waste vendors, employees and visitors, local waste stream vendors, and in-house janitorial vendor.
