Functional Application Manager
As a Functional Application Manager, you will help implement, improve, and support a growing suite of best-of-breed business applications at ORTEC. Our IT & Security department is transitioning from an all-in-one ERP solution to modern specialized tools, including new ticketing, CRM, HR, and financial systems.
HubSpot has recently been implemented as ORTEC's new CRM and is now part of the Functional Application Management portfolio. Zendesk is currently transitioning into the Functional Application Management (FAM) team, further expanding the portfolio of applications supported by the team. As ORTEC continues its broader ERP replacement journey, additional business applications will be introduced in the coming years.
