Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers on project design, development, and delivery
- Design and architect end-to-end web solutions spanning front-end, back-end, database, and API layers
- Optimize application platforms, systems, and development processes for performance and efficiency
- Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and establish peer review processes
