Fuel Clerk – PHC
The Fuel Clerk is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate management of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) across designated office locations and residences. The role involves monitoring fuel deliveries, storage, consumption, stock levels, dispensing activities, tank integrity, and related documentation. The position also supervises AGO delivery operations, including the assigned 13,500-litre fuel truck and crew, while ensuring compliance with operational procedures, safety requirements, environmental standards, and applicable company policies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise AGO delivery and utilization of the 13,500L fuel truck.
- Monitor fuel levels, consumption, deliveries, and stock reconciliation.
- Conduct routine checks/dips of fuel tanks and bunkering facilities.
- Coordinate AGO deliveries with suppliers, procurement, and relevant departments.
