About the Role You will be an on-shift front line manager in manufacturing at Amgen’s FleX Batch facility, supporting 24/7 GMP drug substance production. The role operates on a day or night 12-hour rotation, with a 2-2-3 schedule from 5:45am to 6:15pm for day shift, and leads a team across varying levels of experience. What You'll Do
- On-shift front line manager overseeing manufacturing associates responsible for GMP drug substance production.
- Champion a safe and compliant production environment, ensuring adherence to cGMP and CFR requirements.
- Embedding Lean and continuous improvement principles on the manufacturing floor as a role model.
- Oversee technical, on-the-floor operations in biotechnology production and support staff development through coaching, hiring, and mentorship.
